Abstract

U sklopu zajedničkog diplomskog rada prikazana je analiza konstrukcije zgrade Hrvatskog muzeja arhitekture u Zagrebu koja se nalazi u ulici Ivana Gorana Kovačića 37. Radi se o povijesnoj građevini poznatoj pod nazivom Vila Ehrlich-Marić te ima pravni status zaštićenog kulturnog dobra. Zgrada se osim ambijentalne i arhitektonske vrijednosti, odlikuje kulturno-povijesnom vrijednošću jer od 1995. godine u njoj djeluje navedeni muzej. Provedena je analiza mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti zidane povijesne građevine u svrhu prijedloga obnove. Sustav nosivosti čini zidano neomeđeno ziđe međusobno povezano međukatnom konstrukcijom te konstrukcijom krovišta. Za procjene nosivosti napravljen je numerički model metodom konačnih elemenata. Rezultati su uspoređeni prema dobivenim podacima u sklopu zajedničkih aktivnosti više studenata istražnih radova na konstrukciji. U konačnici su dani prijedlozi sanacije i obnove konstruktivnih elemenata koji ne zadovoljavaju proračune prema dosadašnjim propisima te su provedene analize nosivosti za rekonstruirano stanje konstrukcije.

Abstract (english)

As a part of a group graduate thesis, this work presents an structural analysis of the building of Croatian Museum of Architecture located at Ivana Gorana Kovačića Street 37, Zagreb. It is a historic building known as Vila Ehrlich-Marić and has the legal status of a protected cultural property. The building is not only of ambient and architectural value, but also of cultural and historical value, since 1995 the museum has been operating there. An analysis of the structural analysis of the historic building was carried out for the purpose of proposing renovation. The load-bearing system consists of an unrestricted masonry wall. interconnected by the inter-storey structure and the roof structure. For carrying capacity estimates, a numerical model was made using the finite element method. The obtained results were compared according to the data obtained from the research works on the structure. Finally, proposals for the repair and restoration of structural elements that do not meet the calculations were given, and load bearing analyzes were carried out for the reconstructed structural condition.
