Abstract

U uvodnom dijelu objašnjava se što je cement, vrste cementa, karakteristike , proizvodnja cementa te važnost finoće mliva kao fizičkog svojstva cementa. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ispitana su fizička i mehanička svojstva cementa kao graðevinskog materijala što podrazumijeva gustoću, temperaturu, konzistenciju te postotak pora u svježem mortu. Vlačna čvrstoća savijanjem i tlačna čvrstoća ispitane su na uzorcima starosti od 2 i 7 dana. Takoðer ispitana je gustoća samog cementa dok je na cementnoj pasti ispitana standardna konzistencija i vrijeme vezivanja. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata usporeðene su karakteristike cementa CEM I i CEM II.

Abstract (english)

The introductory section explains what cement is, the types of cement, the characteristics, the production of cement, and the importance of grinding fineness as a physical property of cement. The experimental part of ispsin has the physical and mechanical properties of cement as a building material, which implies density, temperature, consistency and the percentage of pores in fresh mortar. Tensile flexural strength and compressive strength were tested on samples aged 2 and 7 days. The density of the cement itself was also tested, while the standard consistency and bonding time were tested on the cement paste. Based on the results obtained, the characteristics of CEM I and CEM II cement were compared.
