Abstract

Infrastrukturni sustavi za praćenje željezničkih vozila su sustavi koji se sastoje od mjernih infrastrukturnih te pratećih uređaja za obradu i procesuiranje podataka. Sustavi služe za detekciju nepravilnosti pojedinih komponenti željezničkih vozila te željezničke infrastrukture, utječući tako izravno na sigurnost, minimiziranje štete te prevenciju potencijalnih budućih nepravilnosti. Sustavi se dijele s obzirom na značajku, odnosno nepravilnost koju detektiraju. Neki od najčešćih sustava su: sustav za mjerenje temperature osovina, kotača i kočnih diskova, sustav za mjerenje gabarita vozila, sustav za detekciju visećih tereta, sustav za mjerenje težine. Svaka neispravna komponenta vlaka, te željezničke infrastrukture može dovesti do najkobnijeg ishoda, odnosno do željezničke nesreće sa životnim gubicima. Stoga je bitna svrha uređaja, uz detekciju, sigurnost, te udobnost korištenja usluge željezničkog prijevoza. Uporaba automatiziranih uređaja omogućava kontinuirano praćenje pojedinih značajki, u ovisnosti o sustavu, te pravovremenu reakciju na detektirani problem, koji, na vrijeme detektiran, dovodi do manjih troškova održavanja u budućnosti. Središnji dio sustava je mjerna postaja koja sadrži infrastrukturne uređaje, potrebne dodatne uređaje i opremu, koji sustavnim djelovanjem i praćenjem, pravovremeno reagiraju na detektiranu nepravilnost, odašiljući upozorenja i alarme prvotno u lokalno upravljačko mjesto te potom u središnju jedinicu za obradu podataka. U Hrvatskoj su 2014.godine pokrenute aktivnosti za implementaciju infrastrukturnih uređaja za praćenje željezničkih vozila u postojeću infrastrukturnu mrežu hrvatskih željeznica.

Abstract (english)

Infrastructure systems for railway vehicles monitoring are systems that consist of infrastructure measuring and accompanying devices for data processing. Systems are used for irregularities detecting of individual components of railway vehicles and infrastructure, thus directly affecting safety, minimizing damage and preventing potential future irregularities. Systems are divided according to features, that is irregularity they detect. Some of the most common systems are: ''Hot Box'', ''Hot Wheel'' and ''Hot disc'' system, vehicle dimension measuring system, high-load detecting system, weight-in-motion measuring system. Any faulty feature of the train and railway infrastructure can lead to the a railway accident with serious consequences. Therefore, the important purpose of the device, along with detection, is safety and comfort of using the railway transport service. The use of automated devices enables continuous monitoring of individual features, depending on the system, and timely response to the detected problem, which, detected in time, leads to lower maintenance costs in the future. The central part of the system is check point that contains infrastructure devices, necessary additional devices and equipment, which, by systematic action and monitoring, react in a timely manner to detect irregularity, sending warnings and alarms. In Croatia, activities were launched in 2014. for the implementation of infrastructure devices for monitoring railway vehicles into the existing infrastructure on Croatian Railways.
