Abstract

Naslov diplomskog rada je „Građevinsko poslovanje u uvjetima pandemije COVID-19“. Cilj rada je prikazati ponašanje gospodarstva u sličnim izvanrednim situacijama u prošlosti te usporediti s krizom uzrokovanom pandemijom koronavirusa. U radu su detaljno analizirane karakteristike građevinskog poslovanja u uvjetima pandemije te problemi koji su nastali u ovoj djelatnosti u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Također, napravljen je intervju s nekoliko hrvatskih građevinskih poduzeća kako bi se prikazali realni problemi s kojima su se suočila građevinska poduzeća u pandemiji.

Abstract (english)

The title of this diploma thesis is „Construction business in a pandemic COVID-19“. The aim of this paper is to show the behaviour of the economy in similar emergency situations in the past and to compare it with the crisis caused by the coronavirus. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction business in the conditions of the pandemic and the problems that have arisen in this activity in Croatia and the world. Also, an interview was conducted with several Croatian construction companies in order to show the real problems faced by construction companies during the pandemic.
