Abstract

Ovim diplomskim radom objašnjen je sustav gospodarenja otpadom općenito, na razini Republike Hrvatske i Zadarske županije. Centar za gospodarenje otpadom predstavlja više međusobno, funkcionalno povezanih postrojenja koji služe za mehaničko – biološku obradu otpada kojima je konačan cilj odlaganja minimalne količine otpada, uz dobivanje energije. Detaljno funkcioniranje takvog sustava objašnjeno je na primjeru Centra za gospodarenje otpadom „Biljane Donje“ koji predstavlja strukturnu cjelinu... More čiji elementi su opširnije objašnjeni u radu. Na temelju provedenih istražnih radova i laboratorijskih ispitivanja, odabrani su parametri elemenata odlagališta za neopasni i inertan otpad. Prema odabranim parametrima provedene su analize stabilnosti za odlagališta u situacijama bez i s potresnim opterećenjem. Provodila se provjera stabilnosti tijela odloženog otpada, kako ne bi došlo do odrona ili globalnog sloma te na kritičnom kontaktu slojeva unutar konstrukcije zbog provjere stabilnosti na proklizavanje. Analizama stabilnosti dokazana je stabilnost konstrukcije odlagališta kao i zadovoljavajuće vrijednosti parametara elemenata koji su korišteni pri samim analizama. Less

Abstract (english)

This thesis explains the waste management system in general, at the level of the Republic of Croatia and Zadar County. The waste management center is represented by several interconnected, functionally connected facilities that serve for the mechanical-biological processing of waste, with the goal of disposing of the minimum amount of waste, while obtaining energy. The detailed functioning of such a system is explained on the example of the Waste Management Center "Biljane Donje", which... More represents a structural unit whose elements are explained in more detail in the paper. Based on the research work and laboratory tests, the parameters of the elements of the landfill for non-hazardous and inert waste were selected. According to the selected parameters, stability analyzes were carried out for landfills in situations without and with seismic loading. The stability check of the body of the disposed waste was carried out, to prevent a landslide or global collapse, and at the critical contact of the layers within the structure due to the check of stability against sliding.
