Abstract

Piloti su uspravni ili gotovo uspravni stupovi koji su izgrađeni sa ciljem prenošenja opterećenja građevine u dublje nosive dijelove tla. Pilot kao način temeljenja dio su graditeljske tradicije već tisućljećima. Međutim, sadašnje vrijeme zahtjeva da se tijekom projektiranja odrede dimenzijske karakteristike konstrukcijskih elemenata, njena nosivost kao i potrebna otpornost na vanjske utjecaje tijekom uporabnog vijeka. U tom smislu, određivanje dimenzija pilota za različite tehnologije izvedbe, kao i zadovoljavajuće pouzdane procjene nosivosti i slijeganja pilota uključuju prethodno istraživanje sastava i svojstava temeljnog tla. U ovom radi analizirat će se tehnologija betona za CFA pilote. Detaljno će se u eksperimentalnom dijelu na različitim sastavima betona, varirajući veličinu maksimalnog zrna agregata, količinu vode te upotrebu superplastifikatora i filera u različitoj starosti betona utvrditi kako oni utječu na svojstva betona u svježem i očvrslom stanju. Uzroci su ispitivani u starosti od 1,7 i 28 dana na kocki dimenzija 15cm x 15cm x 15cm.

Abstract (english)

Piles are vertical or almost vertical columns that are built with the aim of transferring the load of the building to the deeper load-bearing parts of the soil. Piles as a foundation method have been part of the construction tradition for millennia. However, the current time requires that the dimensional characteristics of structural elements, their load capacity and the required resistance to external influences during their useful life be determined during the design process. In this sense, the determination of pile dimensions for different performance technologies, as well as satisfactory and reliable estimates of bearing capacity and settlement of piles include a preliminary investigation of the composition and properties of the underlying soil. In this work, concrete technology for CFA piles will be analyzed. It will be determined in detail in the experimental part on different compositions of concrete, by varying the size of the maximum aggregate grain, the amount of water and the use of superplasticizers and fillers at different ages of the concrete, how they affect the properties of the concrete in the fresh and hardened state. The causes were examined at the age of 1,7 and 28 days on a cube measuring 15cm x 15cm x 15cm.
