Abstract

U središtu digitalne transformacije građevinske industrije nalazi se BIM kao alat koji omogućuje sudionicima projekta kolaborativnost i integraciju znanja razvojem jedinstvenog modela građevine. U ovome radu prikazan je rad unutar BIM okruženja izradom 3D, 4D i 5D BIM modela. Rad se sastoji od teoretske podloge i praktičnog dijela. U pregledu literature predstavljena je teorijska pozadine razvoja BIM-a, razina detaljnosti, dimenzionalnost te otvoreni standardi koji omogućuju interoperabilnost u BIM okruženju. Praktični dio sastoji se od izrade 5D modela turističkog kompleksa Diadora Dependencies koji je dio već ostvarenog turističko-ugostiteljskog kompleksa Falkenstainer Punta Skala. Model je razvijen iz postojeće projektne dokumentacije koju je bilo potrebno prilagoditi za implementaciju BIM principa. Stoga rad pruža prikaz procesa pripreme informacija i izrade BIM modela.

Abstract (english)

At the center of the digital transformation of the construction industry is BIM as a tool that enables project participants to collaborate and integrate knowledge by developing a unique building model. This paper presents the work within the BIM environment by developing a 5D model. The paper consists of a theoretical basis and a practical part. The literature review provides the background of the development of BIM concept, level of development, dimensionality and open standards that enable interoperability within BIM environment. The practical part consists of creating a 5D model of the tourist complex Diadora Dependencies, which is part of the already completed Falkenstainer Punta Skala tourist and catering complex. The model was developed from the existing project documentation, which needs to be adapted for implementation of the BIM concept. Therefore, the paper presents the process of information preparation and BIM model creation.
