U središtu digitalne transformacije građevinske industrije nalazi se BIM kao alat koji omogućuje sudionicima projekta kolaborativnost i integraciju znanja razvojem jedinstvenog modela građevine. Abstract (english)

At the center of the digital transformation of the construction industry is BIM as a tool that enables project participants to collaborate and integrate knowledge by developing a unique building model. This paper presents the work within the BIM environment by developing a 5D model. The paper consists of a theoretical basis and a practical part. The practical part consists of creating a 5D model of the tourist complex Diadora Dependencies, which is part of the already completed Falkenstainer Punta Skala tourist and catering complex. The model was developed from the existing project documentation, which needs to be adapted for implementation of the BIM concept.
