Abstract

U ovom završnom radu je provedeno eksperimentalno ispitivanje svojstava betona s letećim pepelima drvne biomase koji su nastali izgaranjem u hrvatskim energanama. Ispitano je 6 mješavina betona. M0 bez dodatka letećih pepela, koja predstavlja referentni uzorak, a M5 i M11 uzorci sa udjelima letećih pepela. U teorijskom dijelu je opisana proizvodnja betona bez letećih pepela za proizvodnju predgotovljenih betonskih kanalica i njihova svrha te proizvonja lijevanih betona sa 15%-tnim udjelom letećih pepela drvne biomase kao djelomične zamjene za cement. Objašnjen je također cilj i svrha ugrađivanja letećih pepela u beton. U eksperimentalnom dijelu su provedena ispitivanja betona u očvrslom stanju sa i bez letećih pepela u svom sastavu te njihova uspredba dobivenih rezultata ispitivanja. Također, provedena je analiza mikrostrukture betona na osnovi ispitivanja poroznosti živinim porozimetrom.

Abstract (english)

In this final work, an experimental test of the properties of concrete with wood biomass fly ash, which was created by combustion in Croatian energy plants, was carried out. 6 concrete mixes were tested. M0 without the addition of fly ash, which represents the reference sample, and M5 and M11 samples with portions of fly ash. The theoretical part describes the production of concrete without fly ash for the production of precast concrete channels and their purpose, as well as the production of cast concrete with a 15% share of wood biomass fly ash as a partial substitute for cement. The goal and purpose of embedding fly ash in concrete is also explained. In the experimental part, concrete tests were carried out in the hardened state with and without fly ash in its composition, and their comparison of the obtained test results. Also, an analysis of the microstructure of the concrete was carried out on the basis of a porosity test with a mercury porosimeter.
