Abstract

Rad obuhvaća izradu uzoraka vapnenih mortova s hibridnim vapnenim vezivom koje čini prirodno hidraulično vapno (NHL) i pepeli drvne biomase (PDB) različitog podrijetla koji je u mješavinama veziva doziran u različitim omjerima. Analiza utjecaja PDB-a na svojstva vapnenih mortova provedena je na temelju ispitanih svojstava u svježem i očvrsnulom stanju. Ispitana su svojstva morta u svježem stanju, kao što su konzistencija rasprostiranjem korištenjem stolića za potresanje prema normi HRN EN 459-2 te sadržaj zraka, gustoća i temperatura. U očvrsnulom stanju uzorci su bili izloženi različitim uvjetima kondicioniranja 28 dana nakon čega je ispitana tlačna čvrstoća i čvrstoća na savijanje. Na osnovi dobivenih rezultata provedena je analiza utjecaja pojedinih vrsta i udjela PDB-a na svojstva morta.

Abstract (english)

The work includes the production of samples of lime mortars with a hybrid lime binder consisting of natural hydraulic lime (NHL) and wood biomass ashes (WBA) of different origins, which are bound in mixtures in different proportions. The analysis of the influence of WBA on the properties of lime mortars was carried out based on the tested properties in the fresh and hardened state. The properties of the mortar in its fresh state were tested, such as consistency by spreading using a shaking table according to the HRN EN 459-2 norm, as well as air content, density, and temperature. In the hardened state, the samples were exposed to different conditioning conditions for 28 days, after which the compressive strength and bending strength were tested. Based on the obtained results, an analysis of the influence of individual types and proportions of PDB on the properties of the mortar was carried out.
