Abstract

Građevine za zaštitu plaža od erozije obuhvaćaju: obaloutvrde, zaštite od erozije, hidrotehnička pera, valolome, dvostruka hidrotehnička pera, hidrotehnička pera T- oblika i L-oblika te hidrotehničke pragove. Njima se štite postojeće plaže i/ili građevine koje su pod utjecajem valova te se sprječava transport sedimenta duž plaže čime se omogućava postojanost i trajnost oblika obale. Radom je obuhvaćena analiza tlocrtnih oblika, oblikovanje poprečnih presjeka građevina i njihovih nagiba,... More specifični detalji konstrukcija, troškovnički aspekti kao i tehnologija izgradnje, održavanja i popravaka. Sve analize popraćene su grafičkim prilozima. Naglasak je na materijalu izrade, kamenu, koji se kao lako dostupan prirodni materijal uklapa u okoliš, a svojstvima zadovoljava sve uvjete koje konstrukcija treba zadovoljavati. Popratno, prikazana je i kvantitativna analiza erozije plažnog materijala upotrebom SHINGLE modela u računskom i grafičkom obliku na primjeru obale velike strmosti (strmost dna >1:5) i obale male strmosti (strmost dna <1:5). Abstract (english)

Structures for beach erosion protection include revetment, scour protection, groyne, detached (or offshore) breakwater, fishtail breakwater, L-shaped or T-shaped groynes, and sill or submerged breakwater. They protect existing beaches and/or buildings that are affected by waves, and prevent the transport of sediment along the beach, which allows the stability and durability of the shape of the coast.
