Abstract

Numeričkim modelom praćeno je rasprostiranje naftnog onečišćenja nastalog izljevom iz tankera u kretanju uzduž simetrale jadranskog bazena, od južnojadranske kotline do Trsta. Model uzima u obzir niz relevantnih reaktivnih procesa. Za okolišne uvjete, odnosno forsiranje modela, korištena su stacionarna polja vjetra iz dva sektora u rasponu smjerova 1800 - 2250 i 2250 - 2700, sa trajanjem određenim iz numeričkog atmosferskog modela Aladin - HR u razdoblju 1.1.1998.-1.1.1999. Temperatura i salinitet površinskog sloja mora tijekom godine preuzeti su iz dostupne oceanografske baze podataka. Rezultati provedenih modelskih analiza su pokazali da je u 1998. godini potencijalno najugroženiji dio obalne linije RH od naftnog onečišćenja u blizini šibenskog arhipelaga, uslijed djelovanja vjetra iz W/WSW (251.50) smjera u situaciji 12.9.1998. - 14.9.1998.

Abstract (english)

The numerical model monitored the spread of oil pollution caused by tanker spillage in movement along the bisector of the Adriatic basin, from the southern Adriatic basin to Trieste. The model takes into account a number of relevant reactive processes. For environmental conditions, i.e. model forcing, stationary wind fields from two sectors in the range of directions 180°-225° and 225°-270° were used, with duration determined from the numerical atmospheric model Aladin - HR in the period 1/1/1998-1/1/1999. Temperature and salinity of the surface layer during the year must be taken from available oceanographic databases. The results of the conducted model analyzes showed that in the year 1988, the potentially most endangered part of the coastline of the Republic of Croatia from oil pollution is near islands around Šibenik, due to the effect of the wind from the W/wSW (251,5) direction in the situation on September 12th, 1998 - September 14th, 1998.
