Abstract

Rad opisuje postupke ispitivanja i analize rezultata ispitivanja mostova probnim opterećenjem kroz primjer ispitivanja na realnoj konstrukciji vijadukta "Sajevac" u Karlovcu. Ispitivanje mostova je normom propisan postupak koji se provodi prije eksploatacije novoizgrađenog mosta kao i za ocjenu stanja postojećih mostova. Prema prethodno izrađenom programu ispitivanja kojim su pretpostavljena opterećenja i faze po kojima će se opteretiti most te definirana mjerna mjesta i oprema za mjerenje, izvršeno je statičko i dinamičko ispitivanje. Unutar statičkog ispitivanja mjereni su pomaci od probnog opterećenja, a dinamičkim su ispitivanjem određeni dinamički koeficijenti te osnovni dinamički parametri konstrukcije. U radu je uvodno opisan razvoj i svrha ispitivanja, obrađena je regulativa vezana za ispitivanje mostova, navedeni su osnovni podaci o analiziranoj konstrukciji te oprema kojom se provode ispitivanja. Opisano je probno opterećenje i njegova primjena te su obrađeni rezultati dobiveni mjerenjem tijekom ispitivanja. Izrađen je numerički model, a rezultati numeričke analize uspoređeni s realnim odgovorom mosta, na temelju čega je dan zaključak o sveukupnom ponašanju konstrukcije.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the test procedures and the analysis of the test results of bridges within a load test using the example of the test conducted on the real structure of the "Sajevac" viaduct in Karlovac. Bridge testing procedure is a standardized procedure carried out before a newly built bridge is put into service and to assess the condition of exstisting bridges. Static and dynamic load tests were carried out according to the previously prepared test programme, in which values and phases for the loading of the bridge were assumed and measuring points and measuring devices were specified. As part of the static test, the displacements due to the test load were measured, and the dynamic coefficients and basic dynamic parameters of the structure were determined by a dynamic test. Basic data on the structure analyzed and the equipment used for the test are given. The load test and its application are described and the results obtained during the test are discussed. A numerical model is created and the results of the numerical analysis are compared with the actual response of the bridge, leading to conclusions about the overall behavior of the structure.
