Abstract

Građevinski projekti su jednokratni i odgovori poduhvati kojima se žele ostvariti planirani ciljevi. Kako bi se ti ciljevi ispunili koriste se brojni resursi kao što su radnici, strojevi, materijal, novac, vrijeme i sl. Razumna želja za optimalnim utroškom navedenih resursa zahtijeva pravovaljano upravljanje provedbom projekta kroz sve faze. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati planiranje, praćenje i kontrolu, kao tri od četiri osnovne menadžerske funkcije, na primjeru izgradnje građevine... More Retail parka 'Dugo Selo'. Rad je strukturiran u tri dijela. Prvi dio obuhvaća općenite informacije bitne za pokretanje ovakvog projekta, arhitektonski tehnički opis te tehnički opis nosive montažne armiranobetonske konstrukcije. Drugi dio rada detaljno objašnjava proces izrade osnovnog plana korištenjem softverskog alata Microsoft Project. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na planiranje resursa i troškova u vremenu jer se u praksi pokazalo da većina projekata prekorači rok i proračun. U trećem dijelu, koristeći Metodu ostvarene vrijednosti provedeno je praćenje realizacije plana kroz tri mjeseca. Less

Abstract (english)

Construction projects are disposable and responsible undertakings that aim to achieve planned goals. In order to fulfill these goals, numerous resources are used, such as workers, machines, material, money, time, etc. A reasonable desire for the optimal use of said resources requires proper management of project implementation through all phases. The aim of this thesis is to analyze planning, monitoring and control, as three of the four basic managerial functions, on the example of the... More construction of the building of the Retail Park 'Dugo Selo'. The paper is structured in three parts. The first part includes general information essential for starting such a project, architectural technical description and technical description of the load-bearing prefabricated reinforced concrete structure. The second part of the paper explains in detail the process of creating a basic schedule using the Microsoft Project software package. Special emphasis is placed on planning resources and costs during the time, because in practice it has been shown that most projects exceed the deadline and budget.
