Abstract U radu je prikazan projekt čelične dvobrodne industrijske hale koja se nalazi u Pločama. Izrađeno je dispozicijsko rješenje, provedena je analiza djelovanja te dimenzioniranje konstrukcijskih elemenata i priključaka prema HRN EN. Uz navedeno, izrađeni su nacrti s detaljima priključaka nosive konstrukcije. Hala ima dva broda po kojima prometuju kranovi. Tlocrtne dimenzije hale su 2x20 m x 90 m, a visina u sljemenu iznosi 11 m. Nagib dvostrešnog krova iznosi 6°. Glavnu nosivu čeličnu konstrukciju čine dvobrodni okviri raspona 20 m koju su postavljeni na razmaku od 9,0 m. Okvirni sustav sastoji se od stupova (HE 300 B) i prečke okvira u rešetkastoj izvedbi, čiji su pojasevi izvedeni od HE 120 A profila, a ispuna od cijevnih profila SHS 60X60x6,3. U svrhu stabilizacije konstrukcije u krovnu ravninu postavljena su tri horizontalna poprečna veza i dva horizontalna uzdužna veza s cijevnim dijagonalama. U uzdužnom smjeru konstrukcija je stabilizirana vertikalnim uzdužnim vezovima. Za nosive elemente čelične konstrukcije korištena je kvaliteta čelika S460. U radu je detaljno prikazan način analize opterećenja uslijed prometovanja kranova. Zbog svih mogućih djelovanja koja nastaju kod operativnih funkcija krana postupak analize proračunskih situacija treba razmotriti krajnje oprezno što je i provedeno u ovom radu. Analiza konstrukcije provedena je u računalnom programu SCIA Engineer, dok je proračun priključaka proveden u računalnom programu IDEA Statica. Navedeni specijalizirani kompjutorski programi omogućuju relativno jednostavnu analizu korištenog konstrukcijskog sustava (dvobrodnog okvira s rešetkastom prečkom) iz aspekta procjene utjecaja drugog reda, kao i relativno jednostavnu analizu složenih detalja čeličnih priključaka.
Abstract (english) This master thesis presents the project of a two-bay steel industrial hall in Ploče. As part of the thesis, floor plan drawings, load analysis, design of structural members and joints were made according to HRN EN. Workshop drawings of the main structural members were also made. The hall has two bays in which cranes operate. The floor plan dimensions of the hall are 2x20 m x 90 m, and the total height is 11 m. The inclination of the frame beam is 6°. The main loadbearing steel structure consists of two-bay frames with a span width of 20 m, which are spaced at 9.0 m intervals. The frame system consists of columns (HE 300 B) and beam in truss girder design, the chords are made of HE 120 A profiles and the diagonals of SHS 60X60x6,3 tube profiles. To stabilise the structure, three horizontal transverse braces and two horizontal longitudinal braces with tubular diagonals were installed in the roof plane. In the longitudinal direction, the structure is stabilised by vertical longitudinal braces. S460 grade steel is used for the load-bearing elements of the steel structure. In the thesis, the method of load analysis due to crane traffic is described in detail. Due to all the possible actions that can occur during the crane's operational functions, the method of analysing design situations must be considered with extreme caution, which was carried out in this thesis. The analysis of the structure was carried out using the computer programme SCIA Engineer, while the design of the joints was carried out using the computer programme IDEA Statica. The aforementioned specialised computer programmes allow a relatively simple analysis of the structural system used (a double-bay frame with lattice girders) from the point of view of second-order effect impact assessment, as well as a relatively simple analysis of the complex details of the steel joints.
