Abstract

Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima predstavlja sve aktivnosti i odluke koje se donose u poduzeću, a vezane su na odnose ljudi i promatranog poduzeća. Upravljanjem ljudskim potencijalima nastoje se ostvariti organizacijski ciljevi i zadovoljstvo svih zaposlenika poduzeća. Kako bi se pomoću ljudskih potencijala postigla zavidna konkurentska prednost na tržištu i ostvarila primjerena poslovna strategija, danas svako poduzeće mora uvidjeti važnost ulaganja u sve dimenzije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima kao što su planiranje, pribavljanje i selekcija ljudskih potencijala, njihovo motiviranje i nagrađivanje, obrazovanje i razvoj, upravljanje njihovom radnom uspješnosti te kreiranje organizacijske kulture. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti važnost upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u građevinskim tvrtkama.Ljudski je rad i dalje osnovni temelj građevinarstva bez obzira na trendove današnjice,svakodnevne promjene i uvođenje novih tehnologija. Studijom slučaja građevinskog poduzeća Kamgrad d.o.o. prikazani su najvažniji čimbenici upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u tom poduzeću. U rezultatima studije slučaja istaknuti su glavni izazovi s kojima se poduzeće suočava. Neki od njih uključuju zahtjeve radnika za fleksibilnošću, velik udio strane radne snage te komunikacijske probleme. Na kraju rada predložene su mjere poboljšanja i određeni ciljevi koji bi se njima ostvarili.

Abstract (english)

Human resource management involves all activities and decisions that are made in the company, related to the relationship between employees and the company. Human resource management strives to achieve the organizational goals and satisfaction of all employees of he company. In order to achieve a competitive advantage on the market and achieve a
business strategy with the help of human resources, every company must see the importance of investing in all dimensions of human resource management, such as planning, acquiring and selecting human resources, motivating and rewarding them, training and development, managing their work performance and creating an organizational culture. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the importance of human resource management in construction companies. Human work is still prevailing in construction regardless of trends, daily changes and the introduction of new technologies. Case study of the construction company Kamgrad d.o.o. presents the most important factors of human resource management in that company. Results of this case study highlight the main challenges faced by the company. Some of these include workers' demands for flexibility, a large percentage of foreign employees and communication problems. In conclusion, improvement measures and specific goals that
would be achieved are proposed.
