Abstract

Ovaj rad se bavi problematikom oštećenja vozne površine tračnica, uzrocima njihovog nastanka te načinima prevencije i sanacije istih. Opisani su čelici za proizvodnju tračnica, te je dan pregled kvalitete tračnica po dvije opće prihvaćene norme, EN i smjernice UIC. Navedene su i opisane vrste oštećenja vozne površine tračnica koja nastaju u eksploataciji željeznica. Nadalje, analizirani su razlozi nastanka te postupci sanacije istih. Razmatrani su i utjecaji oštećenja vozne površine tračnica na korisnike sustava željeznica, odnosno opisane su pojave koje nastaju kao posljedica tih oštećenja. U radu su posebno obrađena valovita i naborana istrošenja vozne površine tračnica te načini njihove sanacije.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the problematic damage to the track surfaces of the rails, causes of their appearance and ways of preventing and remedying them. The steel for the production of rails are described and there was given an detailed overview of the quality of the rails according to two generally accepted standards, EN and the UIC guidelines. The types of damage that occurs to the running surface of the rail resulting from the exploitation of steel. They are listed and described. Furthermore, they analyzed effects on travel comfort. The paper deals specifically with the corrugation of the track surfaces of the rails and provides solutions for repair works.
