Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se primjenom Building Information Modeling (BIM) tehnologije, s posebnim naglaskom na integraciju 3D modela s vremenskim planiranjem u cilju izrade 4D BIM modela. Rad istražuje ulogu IFC standarda u osiguravanju interoperabilnosti između različitih softverskih alata korištenih u građevinskoj industriji. Teoretski dio rada obuhvaća pregled ključnih BIM standarda, razina razvijenosti, klasifikacijskih sustava i BIM dimenzija, dok praktični dio uključuje analizu stvarnog slučaja – modeliranje i simulaciju faza izgradnje poslovnog prostora. Korištene metode uključuju izradu 3D modela u Revitu, vremensko planiranje u MS Projectu te integraciju u 4D model putem Synchro 4D. Zaključci rada potvrđuju da primjena BIM tehnologije, uz podršku IFC standarda, može značajno unaprijediti planiranje i izvedbu građevinskih projekata, smanjujući rizike i optimizirajući resurse. Rad također naglašava važnost točnog prijenosa podataka između različitih softverskih alata kako bi se osigurala uspješna integracija i koordinacija u složenim građevinskim projektima.

Abstract (english)

This thesis focuses on the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, with a special emphasis on integrating 3D models with scheduling to create a 4D BIM model. The study explores the role of the IFC standard in ensuring interoperability between various software tools used in the construction industry. The theoretical part of the thesis covers an overview of key BIM standards, levels of development, classification systems, and BIM dimensions, while the practical part involves the analysis of a real case study – modeling and simulating the construction phases of an office space. The methods used include creating a 3D model in Revit, scheduling in MS Project, and integrating it into a 4D model using Synchro 4D. The conclusions of the thesis confirm that the application of BIM technology, supported by the IFC standard, can significantly improve the planning and execution of construction projects, reducing risks and optimizing resources. The thesis also highlights the importance of accurate data transfer between different software tools to ensure successful integration and coordination in complex construction projects.
