Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se analizom kolosiječnih konstrukcija na čvrstoj podlozi, s naglaskom na tramvajske kolosijeke koji se primjenjuju u urbanim sredinama. U uvodnom dijelu obrađeni su osnovni tipovi kolosiječne konstrukcije, s posebnim osvrtom na sustave uobičajene za tramvajske mreže u Zagrebu. Obrađen je projekt proširenja tramvajske mreže u Sarajevskoj ulici u Zagrebu. Projekt je specifičan jer se nakon 20 godina po prvi puta širi tramvajska mreža u gradu Zagrebu, te se kao izvor osnovnog... More opterećenja koristi niskopodno tramvajsko vozilo tipa TMK2200. Također, projektom je predviđena primjena novih tipova tramvajskih kolosiječnih konstrukcija Zagreb 21-STT i Zagreb 21-CTT. Rad prikazuje primjenu sustava Zagreb 21-STT kroz numerički model tramvajske kolosiječne konstrukcije na čvrstoj podlozi. Izrađen je numerički model ovog sustava koristeći programski paket Rhino za kreiranje 3D geometrije te Abaqus za proračun naprezanja i deformacija pod djelovanjem opterećenja.
Analiza je pokazala da naprezanja i deformacije ostaju unutar prihvatljivih granica čime se potvrđuje pouzdanost odabranog sustava. Poseban fokus stavljen je na elastičnu podtračničku podlošku, koja značajno smanjuje naprezanja u pragu i ploči, što doprinosi trajnosti konstrukcije. Zaključak rada ističe važnost elastičnih komponenti u apsorpciji dinamičkih opterećenja i pouzdanost konstrukcijskog sustava Zagreb 21-STT u urbanim uvjetima. Less

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes slab track structures, with a focus on tramway tracks used in urban environments. In the introductory section, the basic types of track structures are addressed, with a special focus on systems commonly used in Zagreb's tram networks. The project for the expansion of the tram network in Sarajevska Street in Zagreb has been analyzed. The project is significant as it marks the first tram network expansion in Zagreb in 20 years, using the low-floor tram model TMK2200... More as the primary source of load. Additionally, the project introduces new types of tram track structures, Zagreb 21-STT and Zagreb 21-CTT. The study highlights the application of the Zagreb 21-STT system through a numerical model of a tram track structure on a solid foundation. A numerical model of this system was created using the Rhino software for 3D geometry creation and Abaqus for stress and deformation analysis under load conditions.
The analysis demonstrated that stresses and deformations remain within acceptable limits, confirming the reliability of the selected system. Special attention was given to the elastic under-rail pad, which significantly reduces stress in the sleeper and slab, contributing to the structure's durability. The study's conclusion emphasizes the importance of elastic components in absorbing dynamic loads and the reliability of the Zagreb 21-STT structural system in urban conditions. Less
