Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada su Zakon o procjeni vrijednosti nekretnina i podzakonski procesi vezani uz zakon. Skupa definiraju na koji se način procjenjuju vrijednosti nekretnina, ovlaštene osobe za procjenu nekretnina, na temelju kojih podatak se procjenjuju vrijednost nekretnina i kojim se metodama nekretnine procjenjuju. Rad je podijeljen u tri cjeline: Prva cjelina odnosi se na sažetak zakona o procjeni vrijednosti nekretnina, druga cjelina objašnjava podzakonske procese (pravilnik o procjeni vrijednosti nekretnina, pravilnik o informacijskom sustavu tržišta nekretnine i uredba o masovnoj procjeni vrijednosti nekretnina) i treća koja analizira gospodarski utjecaj uređenog sustava procjene nekretnina.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this final thesis is a comment on the Real Estate Valuation law and the bylaws related to it. Together, they define how real estate appraisals are assessed, who has the authority to appraise real estate, what information is used to appraise real estate value, and by what methods real estate is appraised. The paper is divided into three sections: The first section is based on the summary of the real estate valuation law, the second section explains the legal processes (the real estate valuation ordinance, the real estate market information system ordinance and the mass real estate valuation ordinance), and the third section analyzes the impact of a regulated real estate appraisal system on the economy.
