Abstract

Portland cementni beton podvrgnut je koroziji ako dođe u kontakt sa silažnim sokovima (octena kiselina)koji su prisutni u silosima na farmama. Rješenja za ovaj problem su: (a) zamjena Portland cementa vezivnim sredstvom otpornim na kiselinu, (b) zaštitna sredstva za zaštitu od kiseline i (c) zaštita impregnacijom materijala otpornim na kiseline. U ovom istraživanju testirali smo zaštitno sredstvo za zaštitu od kiseline, otpornost dvije vrste cementa na kiseline i dvije vrste agregata. Ispitivana su svojstva tlačna čvrstoća prema normi HRN EN 196-1:2016 i otpornost na kiseline prema normi ASTM C-267:2012.

Abstract (english)

Portland cement concrete is subject to corrosion if it comes into contact with silage juices (acetic acid) present in farm silos. The solutions to this problem are: (a) replacement of Portland cement with an acid-resistant binder, (b) acid-protecting agents, and (c) acid-resistant impregnation of materials. In this study, we tested the acid protection agent, the resistance of two types of cement to acids and two types of aggregates. The properties of compressive strength according to HRN EN 196-1:2016 and acid resistance according to ASTM C-267:2012 were tested.
