Abstract

U ovom radu analizirat ćemo koje su razlike metode proračuna potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje u dostupnom BIM alatu s metodom kako je definirano u Algoritmu za proračun potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje u zgradama prema HRN EN ISO 13790. Kao predstavnik navedene metode i algoritma te u potpunosti usklađen s Hrvatskom zakonskom regulativom program KI Expert Plus usporedili smo s BIM softverima AX3000 i OpenStudio. Energetske simulacije navedenih softvera usporedili smo na primjeru zgrade gotovo nulte energije, i proveli analizu dobivenih rezultata. Obrazložili smo dobivene razlike s ciljem da se utvrde prednosti i mane svakog od njih.

Abstract (english)

In this paper we will analyze what are the differences between the method of calculation of required energy for heating and cooling in the available BIM tool with the method defined in the Algorithm for calculation of the required energy for heating and cooling in buildings according to HRN EN ISO 13790. As a representative of the said method and algorithm and in completeness accordance with Croatian legislation, we compared the software KI Expert Plus with the BIM software AX3000 and OpenStudio. We compared the energy simulations of the mentioned software on the example of almost zero energy building and analyzed the obtained results. We explained the obtained differences to determine the advantages and disadvantages of each.
