Abstract
U Republici Hrvatskoj građevinska regulativa obuhvaća norme, pravilnike, tehničke propise, odluke, uredbe i zakone. Ovaj završni rad bavi se brojnim tehničkim propisima u graditeljstvu, koji reguliraju izvedbu građevinskih radova, u cilju upoznavanja istih. Također, osim hrvatskih tehničkih propisa, prokomentirat će se i „TRIS“ postupak 2015/1535. To je postupak kojim se omogućava Europskoj komisiji i državama članicama Europske unije pregled tehničkih propisa koje države članice namjeravaju uvesti za proizvode i usluge informacijskog društva prije njihovog usvajanja kako bi se otkrile potencijalne nove prepreke na unutarnjem tržištu prije nego što imaju ikakav negativan učinak.
Abstract (english)
Building regulations in Croatia include norms, ordinances, technical regulations, decisions and other laws. Here we deal with technical regulations in construction, which regulate the performance of construction works, in order to get success construction performance and projects. In addition to Croatian technical regulations, „TRIS“ procedure 2015/1535 will be commented. It is process that allows the European Commission and the Member States of the European Union to review the technical regulations that Member States intend to introduce, in order to identify any potential new barriers to the internal market before they have any negative impact.
