Abstract

U završnom radu istražena je povijest korištenja drva kao graðevinskog materijala te sama primjena montažnih kuca u svijeta i u Hrvatskoj. Prikazani su sustavi nosivih panela i sustav nosivih prostornih jedinica kao dvije moguće varijante postavljanja montažnih drvenih kuca. Najčešće korišteni materijali za proizvodnju prethodno navedenih sustava su lijepljeno lamelirano drvo i križno lamelirano drvo. Uz svaki sustav i materijal priloženi su nacrti kako bi se bolje uočila razlika, ali i specifičnost vezana uz odreðenu gradnju. Toplinska izolacija, brza gradnja, potresna otpornost samo su neke od prednosti koje odlikuju drvene montažne kuće. Nasuprot raznolikim i mnogobrojnim prednostima imamo izrazito malo nedostataka. Trajnost koja je kraća od zidanih kuca predstavlja najveću brigu sa stajališta kupca. Kroz 13 točaka objašnjen je način izrade drvene montažne kuće, od same ideje do konačnog proizvoda. Na tri različita primjera prezentirana je rasprostranjenost i raznolikost upotrebe drva u graðevinarstvu.

Abstract (english)

The final paper investigates the history of the use of wood as a building material and the application of prefabricated houses in the world and in Croatia. The systems of load-bearing panels and the system of load-bearing spatial units are presented as two possible variants of the installation of prefabricated wooden houses. The most commonly used materials for the production of the aforementioned systems are glued laminated wood and cross laminated wood. Drafts are attached to each system and material in order to better notice the difference, but also the specificity related to a particular construction. Thermal insulation, fast construction, earthquake resistance are just some of the advantages that characterize wooden prefabricated houses. In contrast to the diverse and numerous advantages, we have extremely few disadvantages. Durability that is shorter than brick houses is the biggest concern from the buyer's point of view. Through 13 points, the way of making a wooden prefabricated house is explained, from the idea to the final product. The distribution and diversity of the use of wood in construction are presented on three different examples.
