Abstract

Ovim radom će se predstaviti propisi ispitivanja građevnog proizvoda. Rad je podijeljen na četiri tematske cjeline. U uvodnom poglavlju , čitaoce se upoznaje s važećim Uredbama, zakonima i pravilnicima koje propisuje Hrvatsko zakonodavstvo, a koji se odnose na temu a koje su trenutno u uporabi. U drugom dijelu rada, detaljno se obrazlažu sve odredbe usko vezane za ispitivanje građevnih proizvoda, kronološki obrađeni po Zakonima i numerološkoj poziciji u datom zakonu.Odredbe se odnose na potrebnu tehničku dokumentaciju, sam proces ispitivanja, sustave, prijavljena tijela koja vrše ispitivanja, obveze proizvođača, prekršajne odredbe idr. U sljedećem poglavlju je detaljnije obrazloženo ispitivanje prototipa građevnog proizvoda, vodeći se odredbama iz prethodnog poglavlja.

Abstract (english)

This paper will present the regulations for testing a construction product. The paper is divided into four thematic units. In the introduction the reader is acquainted with the current Regulations, laws and policies prescribed by the Croatian legislation related to the topic, which are currently in use. In the second part of the paper, all the regulations are closely related to testing of construction products, are chronologically processed according to the Laws and numerological position in the given law. The regulations refer to the necessary technical documentation, the testing process itself, systems, notified bodies that perform tests, of manufacturers, misdemeanor provisions, etc. The next chapter explains in more detail the examination of the prototype of a construction product, following the regulations of the previous chapter.
