Abstract

U ovom radu obrađena je tema geosintetika u cestogradnji. U uvodu je objašnjen pojam geosintetika, a dalje kroz rad govori se o razvitku ideje uporabe geosintetika u stabilizaciji tla, te o brojim drugim funkcijama. Također su opisani načini proizvodnje materijala od geosintetika, te objašnjene njihove primjene u građenju prometnica. Pružen je osvrt na glavna svojstva tih materijala i ponuđena ukupna ocjena njihove izvedbe. Naposljetku, objašnjen je odnos geosintetika s okolišem, te prednosti njihove uporabe.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the topic of geosynthetics in road construction. The introduction explains the concept of geosynthetics, and further through the paper talks about the development of the idea of using geosynthetics in soil stabilization, and a number of other functions. The methods of production of materials from geosynthetics are also described, and their applications in road construction are explained. A review of the main properties of these materials is provided and an overall assessment of their performance is offered. Finally, the conduct of geosynthetics with the environment and the advantages of their use are explained.
