Abstract

Završni rad opisuje važnost energetske učinkovitosti koja se, može ostvariti kroz pasivnu kuću. Definira pasivnu kuću kao dobrovoljni standard i ističe 5 osnovnih principa građenja pasivnih kuća: toplinsku izolaciju, prozore, ventilacijski sustav s rekuperacijom topline, zrakonepropusnost zgrade te nepostojanje toplinskih mostova. Abstract (english)

The paper describes the importance of energy efficiency which can be accomplished through the Passive House. It defines Passive house as a voluntary standard and emphasizes 5 basic principles which apply for the construction of Passive Houses: thermal insulation, Passive House windows, ventilation heat recovery, air tightness of the building and absence of thermal bridges.
