Abstract

Rad se bavi istraživanjem oplata u izvedbi armirano – betonskih stijena. Oplate kao pomoćne konstrukcije imaju jako široko područje primjene i zaslužuju posebnu pažnju proučavanja. Prilikom izvođenja armirano – betonskih konstrukcija, montaža i demontaža oplate imaju velik udio u troškovima i vremenu izvedbe. Stoga je poznavanje oplata i izbor optimalne tehnologije jako bitan za postizanje uštede na troškovima i olakšanja procesa građenja. U radu su definirani funkcionalni zahtjevi i kriteriji kvalitete koje svaki oplatni sustav mora ispunjavati. Također se proučava o kojim čimbenicima ovisi izbor postupka rada odabir određene oplate. U radu su objašnjeni primijenjeni materijali uspoređivanjem drvenih, čeličnih, aluminijskih i raznih drugih oplata. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na suvremene oplatne sustave. Opisani su i slikama prikazani osnovni elementi oplatnog sklopa, a to su: oplatne ploče, potkonstrukcije, nosive konstrukcije, sredstva za povezivanje i uređaji za regulaciju. U radu je detaljno objašnjena podjela suvremenih oplatnih sustava prema tehnologiji građenja te se svaki sustav dodatno obrađuje kroz odabrane primjere.

Abstract (english)

The paper will explore formwork used in the construction of concrete wall panelling. Formwork, as auxiliary construction, has a wide spectrum of use and as such deserves special attention in the field of civil engineering. Furthermore, assembly and disassembly of formwork plays a huge part in the construction time and the cost of reinforced concrete constructions. Consequently, knowledge of formwork and choosing optimal technology are tremendously important for saving money and easing the construction process. Functional requirements and the criteria of quality that every formwork system must fulfil are defined in this paper. Furthermore, the paper explores which factors dictate choice of work process and the type of formwork. The paper also delves into the materials used in the making of formwork by comparing wooden, steel, aluminium other types of formwork. The following basic elements of formwork assembly are described and shown with images: formwork panels, subcostructions, load-bearing constructions, binding agents and regulation devices. Lastly, the paper explains the classification of contemporary formwork systems according to the respective construction technologies in detail and every system is studied further through selected examples.
