Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je dimenzioniranje nosača koji je opterećen na torziju. Pod pojmom nosača unutar ove teme se podrazumijeva nosač kružnog poprečnog presjeka ili skraćeno osovina. U početnom dijelu rada pristupit ćemo analizi deformacija i naprezanja osovine koja su uzrokovana momentom torzije. Na temelju analize deformacija zaključujemo da u poprečnom presjeku osovine djeluju samo posmična naprezanja. Hookeovim zakonom povezat ćemo naprezanja i deformacije te dobiti konačan izraz za raspodjelu posmičnih naprezanja u poprečnom presjeku osovine. Izvesti ćemo i osnovne formule za proračun osovine izložene djelovanju momentu torzije. U drugom dijelu rada riješeni su numerički primjeri. U oba primjera se radi o statičkim neodređenim nosačima koji će biti riješeni pomoću uvjeta ravnoteže i uvjeta deformacija.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final paper is the design of a torsion-loaded beam. The term beam discussed in this paper refers to a beam with circular cross section, in other words - a shaft. The first part of the paper deals with the analysis of strains and stresses in the shaft caused by the torque. Based on the analysis of strains, it is concluded that only shear stresses act on the cross section of the shaft. With the help of Hooke's Law the relationship between stresses and strains (deformations) is explained and the final expression for distribution of shear stresses in the cross section of the shaft is obtained. Additionally, the basic formulas for calculation of the shaft exposed to the torque will be derived. The second part of the paper deals with solutions to numerical examples. Both of these examples use statically indeterminate shafts so the solution is reached using conditions of equilibrium and deformations.
