Abstract

Održivi razvoj i smanjenje emisije ugljičnog dioksida glavni su izazovi modernog društva. Među imperative se postavlja smanjenje količine energije koja se koristi svakodnevno, naročito energije dobivene iz fosilnih goriva. Takvo što nije moguće bez energetske obnove postojećih i gradnje novih zgrada po principima zgrada gotovo nulte energije. Prilikom energetske obnove postojećih zgrada postavlja se pitanje što sa zgradama koje su upisane u Registar kulturnih dobara RH, kakvih je trenutno preko... More 6 000. U ovom radu predstavljena je mogućnost energetske obnove zgrada kulturne baštine, koristeći suvremenu tehnologiju, a u isto vrijeme bez degradiranja njenih povijesnih, umjetničkih i spomeničkih vrijednosti. Dana je usporedba u potrošnji energije postojećeg stanja i stanja nakon obnove te koje je uštede moguće ostvariti. Abstract (english)

Sustainable development and reduction of carbon dioxide emissions are major challenges of modern society. One of the imperatives is to reduce the amount of energy used on a daily basis, especially the energy from fossil fuels. Such thing is not possible without the energy renovation of existing and construction of new buildings according to the principles of almost zero energy buildings. During the energy renovation of existing buildings, the question that comes up is what to do with the... More buildings that are registered in the Register of Cultural Property of the Republic of Croatia, that are currently over 6 000. This paper presents the possibility of energy restoration of cultural heritage buildings, using modern technology, but without degradation of its historical, artistic and monumental values. The paper presents a comparison in the energy consumption of the existing condition and the state after reconstruction, as well as the savings that can be made accordingly. In addition, the main guidelines and conservation provisions are analyzed and an overview of the relevant legislation and legal procedures for implementing such a project is given. Less
