Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je kompletan postupak ispitivanja cestovnog nadvožnjaka probnim opterećenjem, izrada numeričkog modela te usporedba eksperimentalnih rezultata i numeričke analize. Eksperimentalno ispitivanje probnim opterećenjem često je obavezno prije puštanja mostova (mostova, nadvožnjaka, vijadukata, podvožnjaka) u promet. Ispitivanje probnim opterećenjem se načelno može podijeliti na statičko i dinamičko. Statičko ispitivanje konstrukcije prvenstveno se odnosi na mjerenje vertikalnih pomaka uzrokovanih probnim opterećenjem. Dinamičko ispitivanje temelji se na određivanju dinamičkih karakteristika konstrukcije te mjerenju odgovora na dinamičko opterećenje u realnim uvjetima upotrebe. Numerički model razrađen je pomoću softverskog paketa SCIA Engineer. Rad je podijeljen po sljedećim poglavljima: Prvo poglavlje opisuje nadvožnjak čije ispitivanje je tema cjelokupnoga rada. Drugo poglavlje opisuje regulativu vezanu uz ispitivanje konstrukcija probnim opterećenjem. Program ispitivanja predstavljen je u trećem poglavlju, dok četvrto poglavlje sadrži rezultate ispitivanja. U petom poglavlju opisana je numerička analiza konstrukcije uz tumačenje dobivenih rezultata. Sveobuhvatna usporedba numeričkih i eksperimentalnih rezultata tvori šesto poglavlje. Konačni zaključak ponašanja konstrukcije nalazi se u posljednjem, sedmom poglavlju.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes the complete procedure of load testing of a road overpass, the corresponding numerical model and the comparison of experimental results and the numerical analysis. Experimental load testing is often a mandatory procedure before releasing of bridges (bridges, overpasses, viaducts, underpasses) to traffic. Basically, load testing can be divided into static and dynamic part of testing. Static load test primarily refers to measurement of vertical displacements caused by the test load. Dynamic load test is based on determination of dynamic parameters of the structure and measurement of response to the dynamic load in real conditions of use. Numerical model was made in the SCIA Engineer software. The thesis is divided into the following chapters: The first chapter describes the overpass whose load testing is the topic of the overall thesis. The second chapter describes the regulations covering the testing of structures with test load. The test program is described in the third chapter while the fourth chapter presents the load test results. Numerical analysis and the interpretation of the obtained results are described in the fifth chapter. The sixth chapter compares numerical and experimental results. The last, seventh chapter gives the final conclusion on the overall behavior of the structure.
