Abstract

U ovom eksperimentalnom radu analizirane su betonske mješavine s različitim udjelima punila, a cilj je bio odrediti utjecaj punila na svojstva betona s riječnim agregatom u svježem i u očvrsnulom stanju. Projektirano je ukupno 5 mješavina s različitim udjelima punila: 0, 50, 100, 150 i 200 kg/m 3 . U svim mješavinama doziranje cementa bilo je jednako (310 kg/m 3 ) dok se količina agregata, ovisno o dodanoj količini punila, smanjivala. Dodatak superplastifikatora se povećavao sukladno povećanju udjela punila radi postizanja jednake konzistencije u svim mješavinama. Provedena su normirana ispitivanja betona u svježem i očvrsnulom stanju, a dobiveni rezultati uspoređivani su s referentnom mješavinom koja nije sadržavala dodatak punila. Rezultati ispitivanja u očvrsnulom stanju ukazuju na pozitivan učinak punila na tlačnu i vlačnu čvrstoću betona, kao i na vodopropusnost.

Abstract (english)

In this experimental work concrete mixtures with different amounts of filler were analyzed and the main goal was to determine the effect of the filler on the characteristics of concrete containing river aggregate in its fresh and hardened state. Five concrete mixtures with different amounts of filler (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 kg/m3) were prepared. All mixtures had the same content of cement (310 kg/m3) while the amount of river aggregate was reduced, depending on the added amount of filler. The addition of superplasticizer was increased congruently to the increase of the filler content, to gain equal consistency in all mixtures. Standardized tests have been conducted on the concrete in its fresh and hardened state, and the results have been compared to the reference mixture without the filler. The results of the tests in hardened state show the positive effect of the filler on the compressive and tensile strength of the concrete, as well as to the water permeability.
