Abstract

Tema ovog Diplomskog rada je primjer sanacije armiranobetonske zgrade. S obzirom na događanja u svijetu pa tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj vezano za potrese i urušavanje zgrada, potrebno je ukazati na važnost pravilno projektiranih, izvedenih i održavanih građevina. Najučestalije sanacije su popravci starih objekata, no ponekad se i u novo izvedenim objektima pojave pukotine i oštećenja koja mogu biti presudna za urušavanje čitave konstrukcije. Svaka konstrukcija, od kojeg god materijala izgrađena, ima svoj vijek trajanja. U praksi, vijek trajanja objekata koji se grade, iznosi 50 do 100 godina. U radu će se obraditi primjer sanacije građevine ''Rudarska kupatila'' u Labinu - gdje će biti prikazani problemi i oštećenja koji su se pojavili u armiranobetonskoj zgradi, ali i mogući načini saniranja takvih građevina.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this Master Thesis is a Rehabilitation project of reinforced concrete building. life. It is necessary to point out the importance of properly designed, constructed and maintained buildings. Most often, old buildings are repaired, but sometimes cracks and damages that occur in newly constructed building can be crucial for the collapse of entire structure. Every structure has its own service life. In most cases, it is 50 to 100 years. The theses also containes an example of the rehabilitation of the building ''Mining baths'' in Labin where the problems and damages tat occurred in reinforced concrete building will be presented, as well as the way of repairing such buildings.
