Abstract

U ovom je radu obrađena jedna od aktualnih tema današnjice, a to su inovativni drveni elementi za gradnju modularnih kuća, koji daju poboljšane karakteristike u vidu bolje energetske i zvučne izolacije, kao i u jednostavnosti izvedbe i smanjenju mehanizacije i emisije CO 2 .Dan je i pregled stanja područja većine u svijetu dostupnih načina gradnje modularnih kuća od drvenih elemenata. Predstavljen je novi sustav prošupljenih elemenata za modularnu gradnju, razvijen u Hrvatskoj, za kojeg su navedena detaljna pojašnjenja provedenih eksperimentalnih ispitivanja na savijanje, tlak okomito na vlakanca te požarne otpornosti. Predložen je ručni numerički proračun takvih elemenata kao sastavljenih nosača. Metodom konačnih elemenata u programskom paketu ANSYS modelirano je ponašanje elemenata pri savijanju, tlaku okomito na vlakanca te pri izloženosti požaru s jedne strane. Prikazom rezultata ispitivanja, ručnog proračuna te numeričkih modela omogućena je njihova usporedba na temelju koje su ocijenjene prikladnosti predloženih metoda. Na kraju rada dan je pregled mogućnosti daljnjeg napretka te su izvedeni zaključci.

Abstract (english)

Master thesis deals with one of the current topics of today, and these are innovative wooden elements for the construction of modular houses, which give improved characteristics in the form of better energy and sound insulation, as well as in the simplicity of construction and reduction of mechanization and CO2 emissions. An overview of the state of the art is given with the most of the world`s available ways of building modular houses from wooden elements. A new system of hollow elements for modular construction, developed in Croatia, is presented, for which detailed explanations of the conducted experimental tests on bending, compression perpendicular to the grain and fire resistance are given. A manual numerical calculation of such elements as composite girders is proposed. The finite element method in the ANSYS software package was used to model the behavior of elements during bending, compression perpendicular to the grain and fire exposure on one side of the element. By presenting the results of experimental tests, manual calculation and numerical models, it is possible to compare them on the basis of which the suitability of the proposed methods is assessed. At the end of the paper, an overview of the possibilities for further progress is given and conclusions are drawn.
