Abstract

U okviru ovog diplomskog rada izrađen je projekt aluminijske okvirne dvoetažne konstrukcije zgrade u Puli. U prvom dijelu rada obrađeno je dispozicijsko rješenje predmetne konstrukcije te je provedena statička i dinamička linearna analiza. Konstrukcija je potom dimenzionirana, odnosno proračunati su odgovarajuć i konstrukcijski elementi i karakteristični . More proračunata je analitički, metodom komponenata, prema važnoj normi za projektiranje aluminijskih konstrukcija HRN EN 1999-1-1:2017 i buduć oj, odnosno drugoj, generaciji prethodno spomenute norme prEN 1999-1-1:2021. Zbog poteškoća vezanih uz zavarivanje aluminija, a na temelju ki dobivenih rezultata, zavareni priključak nosač -stup potkrijepljen je i numerič kom analizom radi š to boljeg uvida u eno anje koje se javlja u zoni utjecaja topline. Prednosti korištenja aluminija u građevinskim konstrukcijama i tu se u pogledu male težine i visoke trajnosti. Međutim, primjena zavarivanja uzrokuje degradaciju konstrukcijskih svojstava klasičnih tipova priključaka koji predstavljaju uobičajena rješenja kod nih konstrukcija. Upravo zbog toga potrebno je iti dodatni napor u pronalaženja inovativnih konstrukcijskih aka i normiranja njihovog una koje ć e biti utemeljeno na kim analizama suvremenih spoznaja o redukciji mehaničkih svojstava uslijed zavarivanja. Abstract (english)

As part of this master thesis, a project of the aluminium two-storey frame structure of a building in the Pula was made. The first part of the thesis includes disposition drawings of the building, followed by the static and dynamic linear analysis. The structure was afterwards designed, i.e. the appropriate structural members and characteristic joints were calculated. The second part of the thesis covers the analysis behaviour of the aluminium beam-to-column joint in the bolted and... More welded execution. Joint rotational stiffness and resistance were calculated analytically, by component method according to the valid standard for the design of aluminium structures HRN EN 1999-1-1:2017 and the future, i.e. second, generation of the previously mentioned standard prEN 1999-1- 1:2021. Due to difficulties related to welding of aluminium and based on analytically obtained results, the welded beam-to-column joint is supported by numerical analysis for better insight into the complex behaviour that occur in the heat affected zone. The advantages of using aluminium in building structures are evident in terms of light weight and high durability. However, the implementation of welding causes degradation of the structural properties of classical joint types which are common solutions in steel structures. That is exactly why it is necessary to make additional efforts to seek innovative structural joints and standardize their design, which will be based on probabilistic analyses of modern knowledge about the reduction of mechanical properties due to welding.
