Abstract

Informacijsko modeliranje gradnje (eng. Building Information Modeling - BIM) je suvremeni smjer rada u građevinarstvu te postaje globalni trend koji sa sobom donosi velike organizacijske i tehnološke promjene, a sve u cilju ostvarivanja koristi za sve sudionike na građevinskom projektu. U ovome radu prikazana je mogućnost primjene takve tehnologije u građevinarstvu. Rad se bavi analizom pripreme informacija i izrade BIM modela u fazi uključivanja izvođača radova u projekt, a sastoji od dva dijela, teoretske podloge i praktičnog rada. Teoretska podloga uvest će čitatelja u pojam i definiciju BIM-a, te njegov razvoj kroz povijest, ali i primjenu BIM pristupa u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Praktični dio rada sastoji se od izrade 5D BIM modela na projektu stambeno-poslovne zgrade na Vrbanima. Napravljen je 3D model, vremenski plan projekta i troškovnik projekta te integracijom svih informacija (prostor, vrijeme i trošak) izrađeni su 5D model i simulacija stambene zgrade na Vrbanima. Zaključuje se da ovakvim načinom rada izvođači mogu poboljšati kvalitetu svog poslovanja i tako postati konkurentniji na tržištu.

Abstract (english)

Building Information Modeling is a modern construction method and it is becoming a global trend that brings with it major organizational and technological changes, all in order to benefit all participants in the construction project. This paper presents the possibility of applying such technology in construction. The analysis of information preparation and BIM model development in the phase of involving contractors in the project is the main subject in this paper. The paper consists of two parts, theoretical framework and case study. The theoretical framework contains the definition of BIM and the historical development as well as the state of implementation of BIM technologies in Croatia and the world. The case study consists of 5D modeling of residential housing project Vrbani. A 3D model, construction schedule and a project cost estimation were made, and by integrating all informations (space, time and cost), a 5D model and a simulation of a residential building in Vrbani were created. It is concluded that by implementing BIM contractors can improve the quality of their business and thus become more competitive in the market.
