Abstract

Svaki poduzetnički projekt rezultat je poduzetničke ideje. Studija isplativosti predstavlja cjelokupnu dokumentaciju kojom se dolazi do rezultata tržišno – financijske isplativosti, odnosno, neisplativosti projekta. Ovaj Diplomski rad bavi se poduzetničkim projektom na primjeru agroturističkog kampa, a koji je ideja autorice navedenog rada. Kao temelj ovog kampa zamišljena je inovativna ideja na tom području; ideja principa nula otpada (eng. zero waste, ZW). ZW je vizionarski koncept za suočavanje s problemima otpada u našem društvu. Ideja se temelji na razvoju i implementaciji u raznim sektorima, uključujući gospodarenje otpadom, rudarenje, proizvodnju i urbani razvoj. Takav sustav potiče održivu proizvodnju i potrošnju, optimalno recikliranje i oporabu resursa. Imajući na umu očuvanje okoliša i Zemlje na kojoj živimo, te sljedeći načela ZW principa mogli bismo spriječiti globalno zatopljenje i ostale neprilike o kojima se neprestano govori, a sve u skladu s našim poduzetničkim idejama. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela, a svaki se sastoji od nekoliko dijelova. Struktura rada je koncipirana u pet većih cjelina: tehnologija izgradnje održivog kamping resorta, opis projekta, ekonomsko financijska analiza, ocjena projekta, te analiza osjetljivosti predmetnog projekta. Tijekom pisanja rada korištena su i primijenjena sva teorijska i stručna znanja stečena tijekom studiranja.

Abstract (english)

Every entrepreneurial project is the result of an entrepreneurial idea. Feasibility study is a complete documentation that leads to the results of market - financial viability, ie, unprofitability of the project. This Diploma Thesis deals with an entrepreneurial project on the example of an agrotourism camp, which is the idea of the author. An innovative idea in the area was conceived as the foundation of this camp; the idea of the zero waste principle (ZW). ZW is a visionary concept for dealing with waste problems in our society. The idea is based on development and implementation in a variety of sectors, including waste management, mining, manufacturing and urban development. Such a system encourages sustainable production and consumption, optimal recycling and resource recovery. Bearing in mind the preservation of the environment and the Earth on which we live, and following the principles of the ZW, we could prevent global warming and other troubles that are constantly talked about, all in line with our entrepreneurial ideas. This Diploma Thesis consists a theoretical and a practical part, and each consists of several parts. The structure of the paper is conceived in five major units: the technology of building a sustainable camping resort, project description, economic and financial analysis, project evaluation, and sensitivity analysis of the project. During the writing, all theoretical and professional knowledge acquired during the study was used and applied.
