Abstract

U ovome završnom radu opisane su karakteristike montažne gradnje te njene prednosti i mane. Kronološki je prikazan razvoj montažne gradnje od samih početaka. Navedeni su mogući montažni sustavi izvedbe konstrukcija te njihove podjele. Opisan je sam tijek gradnje od proizvodnje predgotovljenih elemenata u tvornici, preko transporta i organizacije do same montaže objekta. Budući da je takav način gradnje sve popularniji zbog brojnih prednosti, prikazani su i suvremeni načini izvedbe objekata i neki od hrvatskih proizvođača montažnih kuća.

Abstract (english)

This work describes the characteristics of prefabricated construction and its advantages and disadvantages. It is chronological shown development of prefabricated construction from its begins. There are listed possible systems of prefabricated construction and their divisions. It is described the course of construction from production of prefabricated elements via transport and organisation to the assembly of the object. Because this method of construction is becoming increasingly popular due to its many advantages, modern ways of constructing buildings and some of the Croatian manufactures of prefabricated houses are also presented.
