Abstract

Podzemne vode izrazito su bitne za život na zemlji jer predstavljaju temeljni izvor pitke vode. Za potrebe vodoopskrbe često se koriste zdenci za zahvaćanje podzemnih voda. U novije vrijeme rade se uglavom bušeni zdenci čija je prednost pred kopanim i zabijanim zdencima ta što ne ovise o geološkoj strukturi tla, pogodni su za duboke vodonosne slojeve u kojima je vrlo mala mogućnost onečišćenja vode, izvode se na jednostavan način i ekonomični su. Pri stacionarnom crpljenju vode iz zdenca u ograničenom vodonosniku, dolazi do smanjenja razine vodnog lica u okolici zdenca. U tom području nije ispunjena Dupuitova hipoteza o horizontalnosti toka, pa se zbog toga Dupuitova parabola i linija vodnog lica ne podudaraju. To dovodi do niza međusobno uvjetovanih procesa koji rezultiraju u pojavi vrelne plohe.

Abstract (english)

Ground waters are extremely important for life on earth because they represent a major source of drinking water. Pumping wells are often used for water supply. Recently, mostly drilled wells are made, whose advantage as opposed to dug and driven wells is that they do not depend on the geological structure of the soil, they are suitable for deep aquifers where there is very little possibility of water pollution, they are easy to construct and are more economical. In case of stationary pumping of water from a well in a limited aquifer, the water table in the vicinity of the well decreases. In this area, the Dupuit hypothesis regarding the horizontality of the flow is not fulfilled, therefore the Dupuit parabola and the line of water table do not match. This leads to a series of interdependent processes that result in the appearance of a seepage face.
