Abstract

Motivacija za procjenu ponašanja zidane zgrade unutar gradskog bloka bio je razorni potres koji je pogodio Zagreb u ožujku 2020. godine. Veliki dio oštećenih zgrada potječe iz razdoblja tradicionalne gradnje koja podrazumijeva nosivu konstrukciju od običnog (neomeđenog) ziđa na koju se oslanja fleksibilna drvena stropna konstrukcija. U radu je analizirana jedna od takvih zgrada unutar gradskog bloka u Donjem gradu koja je karakteristična za razdoblje gradnje krajem 19. stoljeća. Rad sadrži tehnički opis konstrukcije i njen položaj unutar gradskog bloka, analizu opterećenja prema važećim propisima, detaljan numerički model građevine i proračun modela na djelovanje potresa proveden u računalnom programu ETABS 2015, CSI. Rezultati potresne analize dobiveni su iz modalnog proračuna primjenom spektra odziva. Model samostalne zgrade uspoređen je s modelom zgrade sa susjednim zgradama na zapadnom i južnom pročelju koji je također izrađen u ETABSu. Provedena je procjena razine otpornosti zgrade i analiza utjecaja susjednih zgrada.

Abstract (english)

The motivation for assessment of building seismic performance within the masonry building aggregates was the destructive earthquake that happened in Zagreb in March 2020. Many damaged buildings come from an era of traditional building methods where load bearing masonry walls serve as structural support for timber floor beams. This paper analyzes a building of that type, typical for the end of the 19 th century, which is located inside a masonry building aggregate in Donji grad.
It consists of building’s technical description and its position inside a city block, the load analysis according to current regulations, a detailed numerical model of the building and earthquake analysis conducted in a computer program named ETABS 2015, CSI. The results of the earthquake analysis come from modal response spectrum analysis. Stand-alone building model is compared with a model of a building with its neighbors on the west and south front. The assessment of building’s seismic resistance and analysis of building aggregate effect is performed.
