Abstract

Tema diplomskog rada obuhvaća usporednu analizu dva alternativnih rješenja statičkog sustava čelične konstrukcije industrijske hale. Za određeno dispozicijsko rješenje hale tlocrtnih dimenzija 36x81m provedena je statička analiza te dimenzioniranje elemenata i priključaka čelične konstrukcije prema europskim normama. More ravninski sustavi. Pokrov konstrukcije čini sendvič panel koji prenosi opterećenja s krovne ravnine na podrožnice. Dimenzioniranje podrožnica provedeno je u dva slučaja gdje se njihova otpornost na razini elementa razmatrala unutar područja krovnog poprečnog veza i izvan njega s obzirom na pripadajuća pridržanja pokrovom poprečnim vezom. Razmatrane su varijante glavnog nosivog sustava kao okvira s rešetkastom i punostijenom prečkom. Stabilnost hale u poprečnom smjeru osigurana je upetošću stupova, a u uzdužnom smjeru veznim sustavima. Priključci su izvedeni u zavarenoj izvedbi ili s vijcima. Abstract (english)

The topic of the thesis is based on a comparative analysis of two alternative static system solutions for single-storey steel industrial building. Analysis of elements and connections were made in accordance with european standards for a particular static system solution of a single story building with dimension 36x81m in floor plan. Considered actions on structure are self weight, weight of the installations, wind and snow. All main load-bearing elements of the structure are perceived... More as plane systems. The roof of the structure consists of sandwich panels that transfers loads from the roof plane to the purlins. Purlins are calculated for two cases where their resistance was considered inside and outside of the roof bracing system with associated bracings taken into account. The main load-bearing system variants are considered in the form of a frame with truss and beam rafter. The stability of the single storey building in the transverse direction is ensured by the support of the fixed columns, and in the longitudinal direction by the bracing systems.
