Abstract

U ovom radu analiziran je utjecaj kemijskog dodatka superplastifikatora na svojstva betona. Projektirano je ukupno 5 mješavina s jednakom količinom cementa i s četiri superplastifikatora različitih proizvođača. Postotak doziranja pojedinih superplastifikatora je u granicama od 0,3 % do 0,5 %. Provedena su normirana ispitivanja betona u svježem i očvrsnulom stanju. Dobiveni rezultati uspoređivani su s referentnom mješavinom koja nije sadržavala superplastifikator. Dodatakom superplastifikatora omogućeno je smanjenje količine vode u betonu uz postizanje iste konzistencije kao kod referentne mješavine, no istodobno se pokazalo kako betoni sa superplastifikatorom brže gube obradljivost u odnosu na referentnu mješavinu. U očvrsnulom stanju, betoni sa superplastifikatorom imaju veće vrijednosti tlačnih i vlačnih čvrstoća te su u pravilu istog razreda vodopropusnosti kao referentna mješavina.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes the influence of chemical additive superplasticizer on concrete properties. A total of 5 mixtures with the same amount of cement and four superplasticizers of different manufacturers were designed. The dosage percent of individual superplasticizers is within the range of 0.3% to 0.5%. Normally tested concrete tests in fresh and hardened condition. The results obtained were compared with a reference mixture that did not contain a superplasticizer. By adding superplasticizer, it was possible to reduce the amount of water in the concrete while achieving the same consistency as in the reference mixture, but at the same time it turned out that the concrete with the superplasticizer is faster to lose its workability compared to the
reference mixture. In hardened condition, the superplasticizer has higher values of pressure and tensile strength and are generally of the same grade as water-permeability as a reference blend.
