Abstract

Gubici vode predstavljaju neizostavni dio svakog vodoopskrbnog sustava, pa tako i vodoopskrbnog sustava grada Sveti Ivan Zelina. Sustav Sv. Ivan Zelina podijeljen u 14 zona kako bi bila olakšana kontrola hidrauličkih parametara i određivanje razine curenja, nakon čega je model kalibriran na temelju podataka terenskih mjerenja. Analiza postojećeg stanja je sagledana ne samo s aspekta definiranja mjerodavnih količina vode i zadovoljenja potreba stanovništva, već i utvrđivanja stvarnog stanja izgrađenosti sustava, s aspekta određivanja gubitaka vode duž cjevovodne mreže i raspodjele tlakova. Analiza vodnih gubitaka izvršena je u svakoj zoni i sustava u cjelini koristeći „bottom-up“ i „top-down“ metode. Stanje sustav je analizirano na temelju bilance vode i ILI indikatora. Tek na osnovu sveobuhvatne analize gubitaka unutar predmetnog sustava doneseni su kvalitetni zaključci, koji će u okviru određivanja prioritetnih mjera održivog upravljanja sustavom (njegove nadogradnje i optimalizacije) rezultirati racionalnom potrošnjom raspoloživih financijskih sredstva. Sve mjere unaprjeđenja s ciljem smanjenja vodnih gubitaka su analizirane u ovom radu.

Abstract (english)

Water losses are an indispensable part of every water supply system, including water supply system of the city of Sv. Ivan Zelina. The water supply system of St. Ivan Zelina is divided into 14 zones to control hydraulic parameters and determining the level of leakage. After analysis the model was calibrated based on the data of field measurements. The current situation needs to be seen not only from the aspect defining the relevant quantities of water and needs of the population, but also determining the actual state of the system, from the aspect of determining water losses along pipeline networks and pressure distribution. Analysis of water losses was carried out in each zone and in the system in general using "bottom-up" and "top-down" approach. The state of the system is proven based on the water balance and/or indicators. It is possible only on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of losses within the subject system bring better conclusions. Conclusions are part of determining the priority measures and will result in a rational consumption of available financial resources. All measures of improvement related to water losses reductions are analyzed in this work.
