Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu proveden je statički proračun dvobrodne čelične hale s kranskom stazom. Građevina je locirana u Zaprešiću. Ukupne tlocrtne dimenzije objekta su 100 m x 60 m, dok je ukupna visina 20 m. Hala ima dva broda po kojima prometuju kranovi, te ukupna svijetla visina radnog prostora iznosi 13,6 m. Provedena je analiza i statički proračun nosača kranske staze, te konzolnog nosača na koji je ona oslonjena. Za nosive elemente čelične konstrukcije korištena je kvaliteta čelika S355. Spojevi elemenata konstrukcije koji se izvode u radionici su predviđeni kao zavareni, a na montaži kao vijčani. U sklopu diplomskog rada izrađeni su: tehnički opis, dispozicijski nacrti, statički proračun, te radionički nacrti glavnih konstrukcijskih elemenata.

Abstract (english)

In this master's thesis, the structural design of a two-bay steel hall with a crane runway was carried out. The building is located in Zaprešić. The overall floor plan dimensions of the building are 100 m x 60 m, while the total height is 20 m. The hall has two bays where cranes operate, and the total clear height of the working space is 13.6 m. An analysis and structural design of the crane runway girder and supporting cantilever is carried out. Steel quality S355 was used for the load-bearing elements of the steel structure. The joints between sturctural elements that are completed in the workshop are designed as welded, while the joints being assembled during erection are bolted. As part of the thesis, the following were prepared: technical description, layout drawings, static calculations, and workshop drawings of the main structural elements.
