Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je istražiti potencijal energetske obnove povijesne zgrade oštećene u potresu u Zagrebu 2020., s naglaskom na mjere povećanja energetske učinkovitosti do razine zgrade gotovo nulte energije. Na temelju postojećeg prijedloga potresnog ojačanja zgrade i pregledom dostupne literature o sveobuhvatnoj obnovi zgrada pod kulturnom zaštitom, predložene su mjere energetske obnove usmjerene prvenstveno na vanjsku ovojnicu zgrade. Za predložene mjere proveden je proračun potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje koristeći satnu metodu proračuna definiranog u Algoritmu za proračun potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje prostora zgrade prema normi HRN EN ISO 13790. Ulazni geometrijski podatci određeni su izradom BIM modela zgrade korištenjem računalnog paketa ArchiCAD. Prihvatljivost predloženih dodatno je analizirana s aspekta utjecaja toplinskih mostova i dugoročnog higrotermalnog ponašanja elemenata ovojnice. Proračun toplinskih mostova i prijenosa masa proveden je korištenjem dostupnih numeričkih modela. Za kraj, provedena je usporedba rezultata početnog stanja te stanja konstrukcije nakon obnove. Diplomski rad rezultirat će rješenjem prilagođenim za sveobuhvatnu obnovu predmetne zgrade oštećene u potresu do razine zgrade gotovo nulte energije, a poštujući pritom njezino povijesno naslijeđe i identitet.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is to investigate the potential of energy renovation of a historical building damaged in the 2020 earthquake in Zagreb, with an emphasis on measures to increase energy efficiency to the level of an almost zero-energy building. Based on the existing proposal for seismic strengthening of the building, and by reviewing the available literature on the comprehensive renovation of buildings under cultural protection, energy renovation measures focused primarily on the outer envelope of the building were proposed. For the proposed measures, the calculation of the required energy for heating and cooling was carried out using the hourly calculation method defined in the Algorithm for calculating the required energy for heating and cooling of the building space according to HRN EN ISO 13790. The input geometric data was determined by creating a BIM model of the building using the ArchiCAD computer package. The acceptability of the proposals was additionally analyzed from the aspect of the influence of thermal bridges and the long-term hygrothermal behavior of the envelope elements. Calculation of thermal bridges and mass transfer was carried out using available numerical models. Finally, a comparison was made of the results of the initial state and the state of the structure after renovation. The thesis will result in a solution adapted for the comprehensive renovation of the subject building damaged in the earthquake to the level of an almost zero-energy building, while respecting its historical heritage and identity.
