Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati učinkovitost opće prihvaćenih načina sanacija šteta nastalih potresima iz 2020.godine i izgradnje novih zgrada sukladno važećim pravilima i normama. Predmetne zgrade „Bloka 19“ omeđene su prometnicama – Ilica sjever, Dalmatinska ulica Jug, Frankopanska ulica Istok i Medulićeva Zapad, i čine staru jezgru Grada Zagreba iz razdoblja tradicionalne gradnje koja podrazumijeva nosivu konstrukciju od običnog (neomeđenog) ziđa na koju se oslanja drvena međukatna konstrukcija. U radu je analizirana zgrada Hrvatske zajednice tehničke kulture, Dalmatinska ulica 12, mješovite uporabe, izgrađene krajem 19. stoljeća načinom uobičajenim za to vrijeme građenja. Za zgradu Dalmatinska 12 napravljen je projekt obnove temeljem Zakona o obnovi zgrada oštećenih potresom na području Grada Zagreba, Krapinsko-zagorske županije, Zagrebačke županije Sisačko-moslavačke županije i Karlovačke županije (NN 102/20, 10/21) i Tehničkog propisa za građevinske konstrukcije (NN 17/17, 75/20) na razini 2., tehnički opis konstrukcije i njen položaj unutar gradskog bloka, analizu opterećenja prema važećim propisima, detaljan numerički model građevine i proračun modela na djelovanje potresa proveden u računalnom programu ETABS 2015, CSI.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis analyzes the effectiveness of generally accepted ways of repairing damage caused by earthquakes in Zagreb 2020 year and the construction of new buildings in accordance with current rules and norms. The buildings in question "Blok 19" are bounded by roads - Ilica in North, Dalmatinska ulica South, Frankopanska ulica East and Medulićeva West, and form the old core of the City of Zagreb from the period of traditional construction, which involves carrying a structure made of an ordinary (unbounded) wall supported by a wooden mezzanine . construction. The paper analyzes the building of the Croatian Community of Technical Culture, Dalmatinska ulica 12, of mixed use, built at the end of the 19th century, as usual for that time of construction. For the Dalmatinska 12 building, a reconstruction project was created based on the Act on the Reconstruction of Buildings damaged by an Earthquake. in the area of the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (NN 102/20, 10/21) and Technical of the regulations for building structures (OG 17/17, 75/20) at level 2, technical description of the structure and its location within the city block, load analysis according to valid regulations, detailed numerical model of the building and calculation of the model for earthquake action carried out in the computer program ETABS. 2015, CSI.
