Abstract

Tema ovog rada su plastični cijevni sustavi za obnavljanje podzemnih netlačnih mreža za odvodnju i kanalizaciju od strukturiranih duromernih slojeva na terenu CIPP (engl. cured-inplace pipe). U radu je opisano provedeno laboratorijsko ispitivanje savojnih svojstava CIPP-a. Ispitivanje je provedeno u Laboratoriju za ispitivanje konstrukcija Zavoda za tehničku mehaniku na Građevinskom fakultetu u Zagrebu u skladu sa normom HRN EN ISO 11296-4. Opisani su uzorci, oprema i način ispitivanja. Prikazani su rezultati i napravljena je analiza dobivenih podataka. U radu su također opisani i materijali od kojih se CIPP izrađuje, kao i proizvodnja, primjena i metode ugradnje. Na temelju ispitivanja i obrade podataka donesen je zaključak da ispitani uzorak zadovoljava deklarirane vrijednosti mehaničkih svojstava.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis are plastic piping systems for renovation of underground non-pressure drainage and sewerage networks by lining with cured-in-place pipes (CIPP). The conducted laboratory tests of the flexural properties of CIPP are described in this paper. The test was performed in the Structural Testing Laboratory of the Department of Engineering Mechanics at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Zagreb in accordance with HRN EN ISO 11296-4. The samples, equipment and test method are described. The results are presented and analysed. The building materials of CIPP, production, application and installation methods are also described in this document. Based on the test results and data processing, we can conclude that the tested sample meets the declared values of mechanical properties.
