Abstract

U diplomskom radu je obrađena tema „Proračun postojećeg stanja i obnova zidane zgrade u Zagrebu“. Predmetna zgrada je pretrpjela oštećenja nakon potresa koji su se dogodili 2020. godine. Prikupljena je i analizirana postojeća dokumentacija te je obavljen vizualan pregled zgrade. Na temelju navedenog provedena je procjena oštećenja zgrade prema Europskoj makroseizmičkoj ljestvici EMS-98 i ocjenjena je njezina uporabljivost. U drugom dijelu rada izrađen je linearni numerički model zidane zgrade u programskom paketu ETABS 2017. Provedena je proračunska otpornost zgrade na potresno djelovanje s povratnim periodom od 225 godina (IZO faktor 0,75). Rad je zaključen s prijedlogom ojačanja, odnosno rekonstrukcije s ciljem dovođenja zidane zgrade u stanje poboljšane razine nosivosti.

Abstract (english)

In the Master's Thesis, the topic „Seismic assessment and reconstruction of a masonry building in Zagreb” was discussed. The subject building suffered damage after the earthquakes that occurred in 2020. The existing documentation was collected and analyzed, and a visual inspection of the building was performed. Based on the above, an assessment of the damage to the building was carried out according to the European Macroseismic Scale EMS-98 and its usability was assessed. In the second part, a linear numerical model of a masonry building was created in the ETABS 2017 software package. The building's seismic resistance with a return period of 225 years was calculated. The Master's Thesis was concluded with a proposal for strengthening or reconstruction with the aim of bringing the masonry building to an improved load capacity level.
