Abstract

U ovom radu obrađena je tema jedne od najvažnijih vrsta neportlandskih cemenata, kalcij aluminatnih cemenata. Radi svojih specifičnosti provedena je i usporedba sa klasičnim cementima u vidu mehaničkih svojstava. Također prikazane su i primjene ove specifične vrste cemenata. U radu je provedeno i laboratorijsko istraživanje mehaničkih svojstava kalcij aluminatnih cemenata. Provedena su ispitivanja u svježem stanju (konzistencija i vrijeme vezivanja) i ona u očvrsnulom stanju (čvrstoća na savijanje i tlačna čvrstoća). Ispitivanja su provedena na razini morta te se dio kalcij aluminatnih cemenata mijenjao sa zgurom.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the topic of one of the most important types of non-Portland cements, calcium aluminate cements. Due to its specificities, a comparison with classic cements in terms of mechanical properties was also carried out. Applications of this specific type of cement are also presented. In the experimental part of the thesis, a laboratory study of the mechanical properties of calcium aluminate cements was carried out. Tests were performed out in the fresh state (consistency and setting time) and in the hardened state (flexural and compressive strength). The tests were performed out at the mortar level, and part of the calcium aluminate cements were replaced with slag.
