Abstract

Tema ovog rada je kontrola vegetacije u pružnom pojasu. Kontrolu vegetacije potrebno je izvoditi prije svega zbog sigurnosti i funkcionalnosti željezničkog prometa. Kako bi se kontrola mogla provoditi treba prikupiti podatke o vrstama vegetacije i ispitanom području pružnog pojasa kako bi se ustanovili sljedeći koraci u osiguravanju sigurnosti željezničkog prometa. Zatim se određuje koja metoda upravljanja i kontrole vegetacije je najučinkovitija za što efikasnije i sigurnije provođenje uz dobru ekonomičnost. Najraširenija metoda je kemijska koja radi na principu raspršivanja i prskanja kemijskih spojeva, herbicida. Različita vrsta herbicida napada različite vrste vegetacije, odnosno vrste korova i grmlja. U radu je detaljnije opisan postupak kemijske metode, vrste herbicida i prednosti i nedostatci takve primjene kontrole vegetacije. Osim kemijske metode postoji i mehanička, konstrukcijska, biološka i termička koje su također ukratko opisane. To su metode koje se prvenstveno koriste na mjestima gdje nije moguće provoditi kemijsku metodu ili kao kombinacija metoda zajedno s kemijskom. Dok su neke metode već u upotrebi, ostale metode su u stadiju ispitivanja i istraživanja, ali daju obećavajuće rezultate za buduće korištenje. Na kraju su u kratko opisane suvremene metode detekcije vegetacije te njihova upotreba u metodi kontrole vegetacije. Sve metode provode se u skladu sa zaštitom na radu i zakonima i pravilnicima o njihovoj upotrebi.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is the control of vegetation in the railway track corridor. Vegetation control must be carried out primarily for the safety and functionality of railway traffic. To be able to carry out the control, it is necessary to collect data on the types of vegetation and the examined area of railway tracks to establish the next steps in ensuring the safety of railway traffic. Next step is to choose which method of vegetation management and control is the most effective for the most efficient and safe implementation with good economy. The most widespread method is chemical treatment, which works on the principle of dispersing and spraying chemical compounds, herbicides. Different types of herbicides attack different types of vegetation, i.e., types of weeds and bushes. This thesis describes in more detail the procedure of the chemical method, the types of herbicides and the advantages and disadvantages of such application of vegetation control. In addition to the chemical method, mechanical, structural, biological, and thermal methods, are also briefly described. These are methods that are primarily used in places where it is not possible to implement a chemical method or as a combination of methods together with a chemical one. While some methods are already in use, other methods are in the testing and research stage, but give promising results for future use. At the end, modern methods of detecting the vegetation and their use in the vegetation control method are investigated. All methods are carried out in accordance with occupational safety and laws and regulations on their use.
