Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je proračun uporabnog vijeka vijadukta Zečeve Drage primjenom numeričkog modela Life 365. Life-365 je model koji je razvijen kako bi omogućio procjenu uporabnog vijeka konstrukcije i troškova održavanja za betonske konstrukcije izložene kloridima. Vijadukt Zečeve Drage nalazi se na takozvanoj Snježnoj dionici autoceste A6 Zagreb – Rijeka. Sastoji se od dva paralelna kraka, jedan je otvoren 2004., a drugi 2008. godine. Upravo zbog velike izloženosti solima za odmrzavanje tijekom... More zimskog perioda, u travnju 2018. godine provedeni su vizualni pregledi i istražni radovi na vijaduktu. Utvrđeno je da su određeni dijelovi vijadukta značajnije oštećeni te je potrebno izvesti njihovu sanaciju. Istražnim radovima su dobiveni podaci o koncentraciji kloridnih iona na određenim dubinama presjeka promatranih elemenata. Izmjerene vrijednosti su se sa što većom točnosti pokušale dobiti u modelu Life-365. Iterativnim postupkom su vrijednosti površinske koncentracije kloridnih iona i koeficijenata difuzije određivane sve dok se kloridni profil dobiven u modelu Life-365 nije što više poklapao s krivuljom dobivenom na temelju izmjerenih vrijednosti na mostu. Također, napravljena je usporedba dobivenih rezultata iz modela Life-365 s rezultatima dobivenim 3D kemo-higro-termo-mehaničkim modelom koji je implementiran u software Masa. Abstract (english)

The aim of this graduate thesis is to calculate the service life of the Zečeva Draga viaduct using Life-365 numerical model. Life-365 numerical model estimates the service life and the life-cycle cost for concrete constructions exposed to chloride ions. Zečeva Draga viaduct is located on the so-called Snow section of the A6 Zagreb - Rijeka motorway and consists od two twin structures. The first one was built in 2004 and the second on in 2008. Due to high exposure to de-icing salts during the... More winter period, visual inspections and investigative works on the viaduct were carried out in April 2018. The results showed that certain parts of the viaduct were significantly damaged and in need of repairs. Investigative works give us numerical results about chloride content at certain cross-sectional depths of the observed elements. Using Life-365 model, same numerical results were then tried to be calculated with as much accuracy as possible. Iteratively, the values of surface chloride content and diffusion coefficients were calculated until the curve obtained in Life- 365 model matched the curve based on the results obtained by investigative works. Furthermore, a comparison of the results calculated with Life-365 model with the results calculated with 3D chemo-hygro-thermo-mechanical model was made.
